Brad talks about how people will learn something new, yet most people fall back into doing what they did before – people have the tendency to not apply new learnings, but fall back into old, comfortable ways. When we create change, we experience two emotions – Fear and Excitement. Breaking out of comfort zones is about performing things that you have not done before – which is the majority of one’s life.
