07. Comfort Zone

Continuing his teachings about learning, Brad Sugars discusses peoples’ comfort zones and offers up strategies on how to break through comfort levels and create long-term change. Brad talks about how people will learn something new, yet most people fall back into doing what they did before – people have the tendency to not apply new learnings, but fall back into old, comfortable ways. When we create change, we experience two emotions – Fear and Excitement. Breaking out of comfort zones is about performing things that you have not done before – which is the majority of one’s life. The #1 way to increase one’s comfort zone is to take action. What do you need to be more comfortable with in order to succeed?
