Brad Sugars illustrates how and why people learn, the importance of learning and how the application of learning creates results. Brad studies the brain and discusses how the left side of the brain deals with words, math and logic, while the right side of the brain deals with art, music, creativity and feelings. Brad explains the importance of getting both sides of the brain to work at the same time and how a state of confusion can occur when going form one side of the brain to the other. He explains that confusion is a good challenge, because the confusion will allow a person to ask a new question, therefore, gaining more insight, instead of shutting down. Also, Brad gives an exercise that allows you to practice using both sides of the brain.
