79. Behavioral Styles: DISC Profile

By understanding the behavioral styles of your team and your customers, you can create stronger teams and more compelling programs for your customers. D and C modes are task oriented, with I and C modes are more people oriented. While each person has all four modes within them, there is a dominant personality type that each of us expresses.
