Franchising allows you to be in business “for yourself” but not “by yourself.” Franchising turns the 80/20 rule on its head, with 20% of the success of a franchise focused on the actual franchise system and 80% focused on the people within the system. The business model is also very important in the franchise model, with a product and service that people actually want to buy and will bring in profit to the franchise system.
