In order to change the way one thinks in the future, it is important to look back through time and see how we ended up where we are today. Brad Sugars explains how leadership has changed over time – from those with the biggest muscles to those with the biggest brain. As leadership became more sophisticated and the workforce inclined toward specialization, our schooling system helped churn out good workers – people who were trained to do as told, not think for themselves. Brad explains the pitfalls of this type of schooling and urges business owners to shun that scholastic training and begin thinking for themselves, in order to move forward in business.
